Co-branded Apollo-BRAC Heath Card is a Prepaid card which will address the needs of a specific group of customers who are looking for a complete solution while pursuing their medical procedure/treatments/ checkups in Apollo Hospitals, India.
Any Bangladeshi citizen 18 years and above can avail this card to get privileges in Apollo Hospitals India.
The cardholder needs to fill up a Prepaid card application form. He/she needs to fill up Travel quota endorsement form as well. The Travel Quota limit for this card will be USD 5,000.

The customer can use loaded amount for next year’s TQ endorsement or can apply for reimbursement of fund Via BEFTN/Pay order, etc.

Yes, the cardholder must activate the card by calling at BRAC Bank Call center and then PIN change at BRAC Bank ATM. Otherwise he/she cannot use the card.
